Thank you for choosing our travel packages. By booking a trip through the GoldCoast Tourism website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. Please read the following policies carefully to ensure you clearly understand the conditions attached to your preferred trip.

All of the following terms and procedures apply to reservations placed through GoldCoast Tourism's official digital channels.

1. Pricing

Our pricing policy assures competitive rates alongside the convenience of booking online. Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on our website are calculated per person and exclude tips for guides or drivers, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, drinks or meals, hotel stays, room service, and laundry. Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including increases in airline tickets, hotel tariffs, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

GoldCoast Tourism accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be completed by credit card, and the card number provided will be used to finalize the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement under GoldCoast Tourism.

3. Confirmation of Payment

After payment is processed, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip. This slip serves as proof of payment and must be presented to the service provider to redeem your package. Please ensure that the travel information you submit at the time of booking is accurate.

6. Itinerary Amendments

The routing and services included in your package are subject to change due to local regulations, weather conditions, airline schedules, or other operational considerations. If changes occur, we will attempt to provide suitable alternatives of similar value, subject to availability, and will announce adjustments before departure whenever possible.

GoldCoast Tourism reserves the right to make minor amendments without reimbursement. No refunds will be issued for situations arising from force majeure events such as floods or earthquakes.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-In/Check-Out

If your selected hotel is unavailable, we will make every effort to arrange a comparable alternative that aligns with your budget and standards. Check-in and check-out policies are determined by each hotel. GoldCoast Tourism is not responsible for early or late check-in and check-out requests that the hotel is unable to honor due to availability constraints.

8. Travel Insurance

GoldCoast Tourism does not assume liability for accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents

Each guest is responsible for carrying the documents required for their tour, including a valid passport or ID card. This is particularly important for international travelers. No refunds will be issued for losses arising from missing or invalid documents. Guests of all nationalities should confirm entry, visa, and health requirements with their respective consulates, as such regulations can change without notice.

All content on this website—including the GoldCoast Tourism logo, imagery, tour information, pricing, and other related details—is proprietary to GoldCoast Tourism. By accessing this website, you agree not to use any content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes without obtaining written permission.
